AvaTrade Partner Code 128979: What Actually Happens When You Use It

I get asked about partner codes constantly. Always the same thing: can you get free trades or lower spreads?

No. AvaTrade has no commission on forex trades. You pay the spread. That's the cost. A partner code doesn't touch it.

Partner code 128979 gets you access to the deposit bonus. Extra funds in your account based on how much you put in. That's all it does.

How much do you get?

A $1,000 deposit gets you $200.

$2,000 gets you $400.

Deposits between $5,000 and $9,999 get $1,000.

Deposit $100,000+ and you can get up to $14,000. Most people won't hit that.

UK traders funding in pounds start at £160 on £800. Goes to £11,200 at the top.

Minimum to open an account is $100. Bonus requires $1,000 minimum.

The code field isn't obvious
